Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Patent Litigation Attorney to spearhead our patent litigation efforts. The ideal candidate will possess 4-7 years of experience in representing clients in complex patent disputes.

The role demands strong technical expertise in Electronics, Computer Science, or IT, along with proven litigation experience before courts. Our top contender will be able to conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents, as well as assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in patent litigation matters before various courts.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy.
  • Stay updated with developments in patent law and procedural rules.
  • Collaborate with team members and other practice groups within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Admission to the Bar in relevant jurisdictions and in good standing.
  • 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation.
  • Strong familiarity with patent law and procedures.
  • Experience with High Court procedures and litigation processes.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., master's or PhD) in Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience with patent prosecution.
  • Experience with technology-related litigation beyond patent matters.
