Litigation Associate

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to provide high-quality legal support and representation in diverse litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs.
  • Apear before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients on strategy formulation and case preparation.
  • Liaise with clients and keep them updated on case progress.
  • Ensure timely compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong drafting and legal research skills.
  • Knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures.
  • Effective communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with sound problem-solving ability.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Law graduate with 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council.
  • Prior exposure to civil, commercial, or regulatory litigation preferred.
