Project Manager Leader

The role of a Deputy General Manager - PMO Lead is critical to enhancing project performance, driving organizational change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the strategic vision, objectives, and goals of the Project Management Office (PMO) in alignment with business outcomes.
  • Oversee the development and execution of project management methodologies, frameworks, best practices, and toolsets.
  • Establish, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the PMO.
  • Provide direction and guidance to project managers in achieving project objectives.
  • Maintain and develop project management frameworks and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches, and associated tools.
  • Strategic thinking to align project activities with organizational priorities and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and address challenges in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across projects.
