Industrial Investment and Asset Management Lead

This role involves spearheading the evaluation, structuring, and execution of real estate acquisitions across India, focusing on industrial parks. You will analyze detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects from start to finish.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to inform investment decisions.
  • Develop strategic plans to optimize tax and capital structures for new acquisitions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage due diligence processes and develop transaction term sheets.
  • Oversee key asset management functions to drive value creation.
  • Provide regular updates to fund investors on development and financial milestones.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant government policies and regulations impacting industrial and real estate development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
