Project Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, manage tasks, deliverables, staff coordination, and result monitoring.
  • Effectively manage client expectations through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to recommend and deliver best-in-class services.
  • Present project statuses to executive teams and other stakeholders.
  • Identify, classify, prioritize, mitigate, and develop contingency plans for risks appropriately.
  • Manage project scope changes and issues.
  • Work as a team player and leader to effectively coordinate across functional teams.
  • Ensure high productivity of development teams by identifying potential issues and roadblocks.
  • Support the creation of high-quality client deliverables.
  • Demonstrate autonomous work ability with minimal supervision while consistently delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Exercise sound judgment and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications.
  • Foster growth of development team competencies and expertise via collaboration with tech lead representatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years or more experience as dedicated full-time Project Manager of teams 10+.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • Knowledge of Drug development is essential.
  • Self-motivated individual who can thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal direct supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, polished executive presence, and ability to influence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Strong proficiency in Excel a plus.
  • Working experience with European/USA clients.
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce / Hubspot.
