Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Specialist to support our business development and project documentation processes. This role involves conducting strategic research to identify new business opportunities, maintaining and organizing all project-related documentation, and preparing MIS reports for internal review and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis on potential clients, ongoing/upcoming architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors. Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors. Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team. Coordinate with online tendering portals and procurement platforms.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and organize all documentation related to architectural projects (drawings, contracts, approvals, correspondences). Track project progress documentation including timelines, deliverables, and revisions. Ensure timely filing and secure storage of physical and digital documents as per company protocol. Update and maintain document control logs.
  • MIS & Reporting: Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads. Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing documents. Support audit requirements by ensuring proper document trails.
