The Role: QA Engineer

In our Technology team, you will design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.

You will identify and track bugs and defects, perform regression testing when bugs are resolved, and create structures for test plans and test cases.

Additionally, you will design and develop test automation scripts and track Quality metrics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design & implement tests plans & test cases
  • Identify and track bugs and defects

  • Track Quality metrics
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Experience: 2-4+ years working in a Quality Assurance engineering role
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies, processes & systems
  • Experience of working in an Agile / Scrum development process
  • Detailed problem-solving skills
  • Experience of working with other development teams to ensure quality is designed in at all stages of product lifecycle
Desirable Skills:
  • Proficient with Quality management systems such as JIRA etc
  • Proficient in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript
  • Experience with performance testing as well as quality testing
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Certification:
  • Quality Assurance Certification (eg ISTQB) is desirable
