High Voltage Analog Test Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled High Voltage Analog Test Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in analog test engineering, particularly in the area of ultra-high voltage and precision device testing.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ATE testing, HW designing, and data analysis. They should be familiar with probe and final test development of complex high voltage and precision circuits.

  • Develop test plans, create tests and characterization programs, and design ATE hardware interface boards.
  • Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlating results with bench data.
  • Analyze silicon results, supporting failure analysis tasks.
  • Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug and fix yield issues; optimize test time.
  • Collaborate with production teams to release products to volume production.
  • Define and implement test strategies for high voltage and high precision devices.
  • Qualify silicon, including hardware development.
  • Conduct comprehensive device debugging, design validation, and failure analysis.
  • Drive the development of robust and cost-effective test solutions while ensuring product quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
  • ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT), although Eagle experience is preferred.
  • Experience with characterization test program and hardware development, as well as production test program and hardware development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, and analog test techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Spotfire, DataPower, or an equivalent based on STDF.
  • Experience with various lab equipment such as scopes, power supplies, source meters, loads, etc.
  • Experience with product engineering activities such as yield improvement and test time reduction.
  • Understanding of the IC product development process, from concept to volume production.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analog foundation skills with a focus on quality work.
  • 4-5 years of experience in analog test engineering.
  • Mixed signal test techniques and experience developing mixed-signal tests on TI roadmap testers.
  • Experience with test program and hardware offload to offshore manufacturing sites.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting in C++ and Python.
  • Revision control tools experience: Subversion, Git.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and take the initiative to drive results.
