QA Engineer and QA Lead or SDET

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify and report defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment on testing strategies and objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing techniques.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
