Process Engineer OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our organization.The ideal candidate will have experience in developing complex dynamic simulation process models and smart applications using Simulation and Optimization tools.Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate project requirements into specifications and deliverables.
  • Produce timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Develop and configure dynamic process and flow models for Oil & Gas Processes.
  • Run simulations for various scenarios with built models.
  • Conduct dynamic process and control studies.
  • Perform optimization and de-bottlenecking studies.
  • Assist with Flow Assurance model building for Real-time production assurance systems.
  • Manage functional and concept technical design specification development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in Refinery or Petrochemical operations / process controls / process Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Advanced Process Control, Real-Time Optimization, Performance Monitoring, and First Principal modelling.
  • Proficiency in modeling tools Aspen Hysys, Aspen GDOT, KBC Petrosim, Technip Spyro, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, and control logics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Domain knowledge of Chemical Engineering principles and operations.
  • Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Distributed Control System (DCS) and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) knowledge beneficial.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification on modeling and simulation platforms like Aspen Plus / Hysys / Pro-II / Dynsim.
  • Real-Time Optimization application expertise such as ROMeo.
  • Advanced Process Control application expertise like Rockwell Pavilion, Yokogawa smoc, Honeywell RMPCT, ASPEN DMC plus.
