Infrastructure Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced expert to join our organization.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with expertise in designing and implementing scalable and reliable infrastructure. They will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, identifying potential issues before they become major problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure using cloud technologies such as AWS & Azure.
  • Maintain and improve existing infrastructure and processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation or Azure CLI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they become major problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in systems engineering with expertise in designing and implementing scalable and reliable systems.
  • Proficiency in languages like Python, Bash, or Java.
  • Deep understanding of Linux/Windows operating systems and networking concepts.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and related tools.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, New Relic or Azure Monitoring.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge in supporting Azure ML, Databricks and other related SAAS tools.
