As we transition from a start-up to a scale-up, we're looking for a rockstar Benefits Specialist to capitalize on the huge demand for our product.

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in purchasing life insurance products tailored to their needs.
  • Ensure high responsiveness with prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles alongside top insurers for a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Liaise with partner insurers to develop and enhance product offerings, manage day-to-day operations regarding policy booking, placement, and post-sales services.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in fast-growing BFSI/B2C Sales.
  • Ability to execute credible and articulate face-to-face, phone, and email conversations.
  • Capacity to pitch complex ideas and products elegantly and compellingly.
  • Ability to work under tight targets and timelines.
  • Eagerness to learn and a challenger mindset to collaborate at multiple levels with different partners.
  • Experience working with insur-tech, insurer, or broker agencies is a plus.
  • Background in financial services, personal finance, or wealth management is beneficial.
