Job Title: Strategic Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job Description:

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation structures aligned with business objectives. This includes designing employee benefits programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and recommending changes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, compensation strategies, and benefit administration. They will be able to drive annual compensation review cycles, partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair and transparent reward systems, and maintain governance and documentation for compensation & benefits programs.

This role also requires strong analytical skills to create dashboards, reports, and insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis. The ideal candidate will be able to provide recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
