Location: Buti Bori MIDC, Nagpur; Frequent Travel Required

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead our on-site projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project execution, site supervision, and team coordination.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing site engineers and labor teams, ensuring quality control, and traveling as needed for large-scale projects. Strong communication skills in English, along with hands-on knowledge of construction techniques, project scheduling, and resource planning, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage on-site civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
  • Supervise site engineers, labor teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, drawings, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and review progress reports and quality checks to guarantee project success.
  • Travel across India for major project supervision as required.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil project execution.
  • Strong team management, labor coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project planning tools, Excel, and MS Office.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
  • Willingness to travel for site and project-related activities.
