Lead Structural Engineering Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Civil and Structural Engineering team. As Section Head - Civil & Structural, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to drive design and engineering excellence in our steel industry projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet project objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs, specifications, and documents.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve our processes.

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years of experience in Civil and Structural Engineering, with a strong background in steel industry projects.
  • BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Hands-on experience with software like AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, TEKLA, and Finite Analysis Software.
