Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management">
  • Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget">
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams">
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project">
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field">

  • Carry out the construction, erection & testing activities as per approved construction drawings and work methods – with the required Quality & EHS- within the required time and cost">
  • Implement the quality checks and retain documented information.">
  • Proper utilization of resources for desired productivity">
  • Orientation of S/C workman on quality and EHS requirements.">
  • Draw the resources for the requirement as per the approved schedule for the assigned area/scope of work">
  • Preparation of work methods for incorporating in PQP">
  • Worked as construction manager in a breakwater project.">
  • Experience in constructing breakwater in both land and marine mode.">
  • Possess knowledge on wave / tidal effects and plan work methodology accordingly.">
  • Possess knowledge on quarry related activities.">
  • Handled DGPS system for survey.">
  • Ability to interpret bathymetry survey & topography survey.">
  • Experience in handling marine projects using jack up barge."]},
