The Civil Infrastructure Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Team Management: Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors to execute civil and interior works, including MEP installations.
  3. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all works are carried out as per approved design drawings and documents.
  4. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, sub-contractors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  5. Progress Monitoring: Monitor work progress, identify defects, and suggest corrective actions to ensure projects are completed on time.
  6. Safety Protocols: Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the project.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 14 years' experience in civil and interior works project management, including experience in managing teams of 20+ engineers and supervisors.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of AUTOCAD and MS PROJECT, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction management.
