About the Team

The Oil and Gas vertical at Paytm focuses on payment solutions for electricity, oil, and gas bills, primarily catering to petrol and gas stations, and other retail businesses.

We handle end-to-end sales and operations, aiming to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role
  1. Develop sales strategies to achieve company goals and drive business growth.
  2. Establish a culture of success and ongoing business achievement.
  3. Manage sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver growth.
  4. Define optimal sales force structure and lead the team to achieve targets.
  5. Develop and coordinate sales training programs to enhance staff potential and support sales objectives.
  6. Manage customer expectations and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
  7. Define sales processes to drive desired sales outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements & Expectations
  1. Graduation is mandatory.
  2. Experience in sales and similar roles is essential.
  3. Experience in loyalty business is a plus.
  4. Set and track sales targets for the team.
  5. Review sales team performance.
  6. Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
  7. Handle assigned territory for Oil and Gas.
  8. Good communication and leadership skills are necessary.
  9. Knowledge of Excel is optional.
