Job Title: Digital Product Development Leader


This role offers the opportunity to oversee and guide a team in delivering high-quality digital products, from planning to deployment. As a key member of our organization, you will provide technical expertise, ensure product excellence, and foster a culture of innovation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the development team to achieve project objectives.
  • Oversight of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide guidance on architecture, design, coding best practices, and technology adoption.
  • Ensure quality, security, and performance through code reviews and thorough testing.
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for efficient product delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.


Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Python, Angular/React, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (Cloud Services, IAC, Terraform, ECS/EKS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, containerization, and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.
  • Basic exposure to AI/ML concepts.
