Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

Our organization is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to play a key role in supporting business decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as we continue to grow and evolve.

  • Lead the development and implementation of global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes that drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain comprehensive financial models to evaluate business performance across countries and revenue verticals, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare clear and concise weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages with actionable analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities, highlighting key drivers of value and metrics.
  • Evaluate and analyze potential transactions and product pricing scenarios, including preparation of detailed financial models to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage cash forecasts to monitor liquidity and ensure adequate funding for business needs.
  • Support scenario planning, long-range financial modeling, and ad-hoc strategic analyses to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to develop and present pitch decks, road show materials, and insightful analysis to support capital raise initiatives.
  • Oversee the management of the company's capital structure, including CAP tables and dilution scenarios, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field, preferably in a Private Equity held company or other high-growth organization.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/reporting tools.
  • Experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and collaborate with teams across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
  • Fluent, professional level of English language proficiency.
