Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Planning and Performance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the planning and performance cycle in the organization, including managing budgets, providing analytical insights, tracking targets and productivity, and governing financial controls.

Key responsibilities will include owning the Zero-Based Budgeting process, leading key planning cycles, designing manpower blueprints, and analyzing budget breakdowns. Additionally, this role will partner with business stakeholders to drive rewards philosophy and merit cycles.

  • Lead ZBB process for Business Units, policy implementation, DAG adherence, ZBB reviews, and one-year plan management.
  • Manage three-year plans, one-year plans, and other key planning cycles in the Planning team.
  • Design and manage manpower blueprints, organizational structures, and people costs through Anaplan.
  • Analyze and recommend budget and blueprint breakdowns by various categories.
  • Apply organizational design principles to optimize structure design.
  • Work with PPM and Rewards Lead to set up structures, processes, and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs of the Planning team.

Additional responsibilities will include implementing target setting and appraisal processes, defining tools for recording and managing performance metrics, and bringing in best practices for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A master's degree from a top-tier business school and 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning will be required. Strong skills in analytics, communication, and project management will also be essential.

The preferred candidate will have high energy, a solution-oriented attitude, exceptional customer orientation, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
