We are seeking a Regional Portfolio Manager to be accountable for reducing delinquency and improving recovery rates on an assigned portfolio of Tractor Loans. You will be responsible for leading a team of Portfolio Managers and Executives, initiating legal action on problematic customers, and driving the performance of asset recovery agencies. This role requires strategic planning, forecasting, and a strong focus on execution to ensure collection efficiency and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delinquency Management: Accountable for reducing delinquency through flow control and improving recovery rates on the assigned portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Portfolio Managers and Executives attached to various branches across the state for Tractor Loans.
  • Agency Performance: Drive the performance of asset recovery agencies by identifying areas of weakness, recommending solutions, and supporting the collection team to achieve targets.
  • Case Allocation: Ensure the timely allocation of cases to Portfolio Managers and Executives based on geography and vintage.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure collection efficiency through daily reports and regular reviews with the team.
  • Strategic Planning: Strategize, forecast, and execute business plans, including hiring plans.
  • Legal Action: Initiate legal action on problematic customers as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in portfolio management and improving recovery rates.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and drive performance.
  • Experience in managing asset recovery agencies and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent analytical skills to monitor reports and review team performance.
  • Strategic planning and execution abilities, including forecasting and hiring.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures related to debt collection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
