We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Specialist to oversee the reduction of delinquency and enhancement of recovery rates on an assigned portfolio of Agricultural Equipment Loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delinquency Management: Oversight of delinquency reduction through effective flow control and improvement of recovery rates on the assigned portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Management of a team of Collections Specialists and Executives attached to various branches across the region for Agricultural Equipment Loans.
  • Agency Performance: Enhancement of collections agency performance by identifying areas of weakness, recommending solutions, and supporting the collections team to achieve targets.
  • Case Allocation: Timely allocation of cases to Collections Specialists and Executives based on geography and vintage.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assurance of collection efficiency through regular reports and daily reviews with the team.
  • Strategic Planning: Development, forecasting, and execution of business plans, including hiring strategies.
  • Legal Action: Initiation of legal action on problematic customers as necessary.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience in collection management and recovery rate improvement.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and drive performance.
  • Experience in managing collections agencies and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent analytical skills to monitor reports and review team performance.
  • Strategic planning and execution abilities, including forecasting and hiring.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures related to debt collection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
