Key Roles and Responsibilities

This position entails overseeing the efficient collection of Tractor Loan portfolios.

  • Delinquency Reduction and Recovery: Directly accountable for reducing delinquency rates and improving recovery rates on Tractor Loan portfolios.
  • Collections Management: Allocate cases based on geography and vintage to Collections Managers & Executives across branches.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead, manage, and coach a state-wide collections team, driving their monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor daily reports, conduct regular reviews, and ensure collection efficiency.
  • External Partnerships: Oversee legal action on problematic accounts to support recovery efforts.
  • Audit and Compliance: Manage and audit external collection agencies, ensuring adherence to compliance and process.
  • Hiring and Training: Drive hiring, training, and development plans to build high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Ensure timely communication of targets, incentive structures, and strategic goals.
  • Customer Data Quality: Improve customer data quality through structured feedback and data governance.
  • Market Analysis: Track market trends and leverage collection analytics to enhance performance.
