About the Role

The Branch Manager oversees day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory and stock levels, download stock reports, and maintain proper display of merchandise.
  • Update staff attendance records in our system.
  • Reserve minimum cash and deposit excess to our corporate account.

Customer Service Standards

  • Deliver high standards of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent support.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Sales and Marketing Initiatives

  • Drive sales and marketing efforts to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and events to drive sales.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and feedback.
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and implement retention campaigns to reduce churn, increase customer satisfaction, and maximise customer lifetime value.

Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, administrative staff, and support personnel.
  • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff.
  • Review sales executive performance and provide specific feedback.
  • Identify and commend notable achievements and contributions made by each sales executive.
  • Address areas where sales executives can improve.

Financial Acumen

  • Manage branch budgets effectively, controlling expenses while maximising profitability.
  • Monitor branch expenses and analyse financial reports.

Security and Safety

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies regarding safety and security.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard assets and prevent theft or loss.
