At a prominent retail establishment, we are seeking a highly skilled and driven Store Manager to oversee daily boutique operations.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and luxury customer experience, overseeing daily store operations, managing staff – training, scheduling, and performance monitoring, driving sales by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling advice, handling client appointments, measurements, fittings, and follow-ups with precision and care, maintaining inventory – including stock checks, ordering, and display management, coordinating with design, production, and marketing teams for order updates and seasonal collections, maintaining store aesthetics in line with the brand's premium image, handling billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping, meeting monthly sales targets and reporting performance metrics to management.
- Minimum 2 years of retail/fashion experience; bridal or designer label background is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Well-groomed with a keen eye for fashion, trends, and customer preferences.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
- Fluent in English and local languages.
