Key Scheduling Specialist Role

The primary goal of this role is to maximize the utilization of field consultants while fostering trusting relationships with assigned staff and operations management.

As a scheduling specialist, you will be responsible for managing the timeliness of assigned orders and coordinating production schedules for all assigned staff. Your exceptional customer service skills will help establish the most efficient schedule possible.

Additionally, you will organize and populate internal schedules using defined methods and coordinate visit agendas with external customers. Developing strong partnerships with clients and internal teams is essential in meeting Service Level Objectives and providing high levels of client satisfaction.

  • You will oversee workload and calendars, communicate with clients, and coordinate visit times. You will also prepare and distribute visit agendas and collaborate with the work assignment team and Client Service Teams to resolve problems associated with visiting client sites.
  • Establishing working partnerships with both internal and external clients is critical to success in this role.
