Team Lead

Job Title: Team Lead

Locations: Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to manage field teams for a government survey project in Mumbai.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating field teams in their respective locations, ensuring smooth operations and accurate reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy leadership roles and want to make a difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the field team in the assigned location (Goregaon/Malad/Kandivali). Ensure daily survey targets and project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor team performance and resolve on-ground challenges.
  • Compile and submit reports to the Operations Manager on a regular basis.
  • Maintain discipline, accuracy, and quality of survey data.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with prior experience in field team management or survey projects. Strong leadership and coordination skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively in Marathi is mandatory. Based in Mumbai, the selected candidate will work independently and manage people effectively.
