Key Responsibilities:
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects and clients with varying sizes.
  • Provide regular status updates to project managers through daily reports and metrics.
  • Collaborate with team leaders on queries and implement review, breach review, and QC workflows.
  • Perform quality assurance on reviewed data and identify error trends for remedial actions.
  • Work closely with technical coaches to serve as a mentor for junior team members.
  • Create customized search templates, layouts, choices, fields, batching, and run analytics for projects.
  • Ensure quality and productivity of projects while meeting client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Must be an attorney with strong analytical skills.
  • At least 1+ years of experience as an APM; total eDiscovery experience of at least 4+ years.
  • Strong technical background, including proficiency in SharePoint and Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible to work in shifts based on project requirements.
