We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to lead our proposal development process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering high-quality business proposals that align with our strategic objectives.
About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in proposal management, business development, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design customized solutions, develop sponsorship decks, and pitch documents that effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams to identify new business opportunities and design tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a library of proposal content to ensure consistency and efficiency across all submissions.
- Analyze feedback from clients and implement continuous improvements to our proposal processes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in proposal management and business development.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing business growth strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva/PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
