Job Description

The Senior Sales Professional will be responsible for converting digital leads into prospects through insightful conversations, guiding customers to the perfect home automation solution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responding to online queries and checking all leads generated from various sources.
  • Evaluating leads collected through automated chatbots to confirm effectiveness and engagement levels.
  • Initiating the first call to all online leads within 24 working hours.
  • Utilizing a consultative sales approach for outbound calls and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Achieving conversion targets for transitioning digital leads to qualified leads and from QL to Demos.
  • Connecting with all 'unable to reach' or 'not responding' online leads as outlined in the Annexure.
  • Assigning a salesperson to all qualified leads and following up until a quote is sent to the client.
  • Attending to all walk-in customers at Banjara Hills, assigning a salesperson for a demo.
  • Timely follow-up for call-back requests, providing timely updates to the sales team about scheduled demos and ensuring feedback forms are filled by clients.

Key Measures of Success

  • Responding to all online leads and direct calls on time and as per process.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up for all call-back requests.
  • Providing a consultative sales approach.
  • Ensuring the lead conversion and Demos target is met.
  • Managing, maintaining, and analyzing DM leads data to gain proper insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2C Sales (preferably luxury or premium sales).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Language skills: English, Telugu, and Hindi/Kannada/Marathi.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
