Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our global workforce deployments across APAC, US, and EMEA. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently meet client expectations, and demonstrate success in scaling deployments across geographies.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely staffing solutions, building and maintaining a strong vendor network, and ensuring compliance with contracts and local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust vendor network to achieve high fill rates and reduced time-to-fill cycles.
  • Manage the full consultant lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, engagement, extension, roll-off, and redeployment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between consultants, client stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable deployment outcomes across regions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Excellent negotiation, contract management, and vendor development expertise.
  • Ability to deliver speed, quality, and compliance simultaneously.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5-8 years of experience in staff augmentation / workforce deployment with exposure to APAC, US, and EMEA markets.
  • Proven track record of success in reducing average time-to-fill cycles, driving high utilization and redeployment metrics, and successfully managing multi-regional staffing programs.
