Software Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class software solutions and support to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust-based relationships with customers.

  • Develop a deep understanding of software solutions and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical expertise and product advocacy.
  • Configure customer accounts according to their business requirements.
  • Lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers.
  • Provide remote and on-site support ensuring high availability for customers.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in software domains.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (networks).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to train and educate end users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences.
