Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with business consultants across the US.
- Implement effective resolutions and address complex questions and issues of consultants.
- Provide guidance and influence management on employee relations decisions to ensure an exceptional experience for consultants.
- Evaluate and review employment decisions in response to employee grievances.
- Generate new business leads and opportunities through referrals and networking with consultants.
- Design and implement analysis and metrics models to track workforce engagement trends.
- Manage a caseload of complex employee relations matters and investigations.
- Collaborate with service delivery managers to leverage business leads and enhance consultant retention.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Strong People Management Skills.
- Effective Decision Making & Analytical Skills.
