Operations Management Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Operations Management Assistant. This position is ideal for freshers or students from management-related fields who wish to gain hands-on experience in operations, partner management, and problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Partner Onboarding: Assist in identifying and onboarding product partners, ensuring seamless integration and training processes.
  • Training and Development Support: Provide support to new partners through training sessions, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Maintain healthy relationships with partners, effectively resolving operational queries and issues.
  • Daily Query Resolution: Promptly handle and resolve operational queries from partners, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Coordination: Support day-to-day operational processes and workflows, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Performance Tracking and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of partners, hiring processes, and performance using tools like MS Office / Google Workspace.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Freshers or students from any management-related field (e.g., BBA, Hotel Management, Commerce, or related fields).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on partner satisfaction and success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace preferred.
