Job Title: Business Operations Manager

The primary role of the Business Operations Manager is to oversee the day-to-day activities of the business unit, ensuring high standards are maintained and all legal compliance is upheld. This involves supporting cashier training and providing assistance to cashiers as required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets by contributing to target setting and monitoring progress.
  • Minimize shrinkage levels by training teams on merchandise handling and stock protection procedures.
  • Adhere to highest customer service standards, understand customer needs to build rapport, and provide support as necessary.
  • Manage customer complaints and queries efficiently, resolving them to the best of ability.
  • Maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards within the department.
  • Effectively execute operational procedures and conduct regular audits to ensure departments meet standards.
  • Assist in maintaining superior product quality by identifying issues and communicating with the merchandising team.
  • Provide adequate learning and development opportunities through on-the-job training and VM/product training sessions.
  • Distribute roles effectively among team members, develop team members through timely feedback, and enhance overall team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferable)
  • At least 3 years of experience in fashion retail (preferable)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring regular attendance at the workplace. Ability to commute or relocate is essential for the role.
