Job Description

As a seasoned operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Amazon Seller Central operations, including creating and optimizing product listings, monitoring account health metrics, and ensuring compliance. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams to manage pricing, stock, and order management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve product listings and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze account health metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize pricing, stock levels, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Manage and resolve catalog errors, listing issues, and open cases with Amazon support.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupons to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and marketplace processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
