We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Cloud Technical Specialist to join our team.

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, leveraging your technical expertise to design, develop, and support scalable and efficient solutions for HR processes in global organizations.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools, including HCM Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations. They should also possess hands-on experience in building data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.

Your responsibilities will include configuring and managing reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.

You will be required to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  2. Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.
  3. Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.
  4. SUPPORT END-TO-END HR FUNCTIONAL FLOWS (HIRE → RETIRE) INCLUDING ORC TO CORE HR TRANSITIONS.
  5. Develop and manage HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.

Technical Skills:

  • BI Publisher (BIP): Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts.
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): Real-time dashboards & analytics.
  • HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring.
  • Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas.
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader): Strong data load expertise.
  • APIs & Integration: Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations, and secure data frameworks.
