Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Cloud HCM Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems, as well as expertise in BI Publisher and HDL data conversion.

You will also be responsible for developing fast formulas, performing page personalizations and customizations using VBS, and migrating existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS.

In addition, you will develop integrations using REST APIs, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide training and support to business users, and work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant
  • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, upgrade, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
  • Develop HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems.
  • Develop Reports using BI Publisher.
  • Perform data conversion using HDL.
  • Develop fast formulas.
  • Perform page personalizations and customizations using VBS.
