HCM Solutions Expert

">About the Role:
  • We seek a highly experienced Oracle HCM professional to drive business solutions and improve HR processes.
">Key Responsibilities:
  1. ">
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.">
  3. Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.">
  4. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and other tools.">
  5. Perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/FDI, and other technologies.">
  6. Manage data migrations and validations during implementations or upgrades.">
  7. Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.">
  8. Provide post-implementation support and resolve incidents as per SLA.">
  9. Deliver user training and documentation for HCM functionalities and enhancements.">
  10. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for system improvements.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. ">
  2. Expertise in HCM tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, HSDL, Application Security, Workflows, Alerts and Notifications, Page Customizations & Extensions.">
  3. Experience with Oracle Cloud Integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP). Apex and ATP.">
  4. Develop Integrations between Fusion HCM and other platforms using OIC.">
  5. Develop SaaS extensions using VBCS.">
  6. Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging tools.">
  7. Strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows.">
  8. Must have experience in Core HR, Recruitment, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation Workforce, and Employee Engagement.">
  9. Experience in Security roles and Privileges, AOR.">

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM as a Techno-Functional Consultant, with a proven track record of successful Oracle HCM implementations and support.
