Drive digital adoption firm-wide by leading a team of consultants and collaborating with stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful Oracle HCM module configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.

As a key player in driving HR technology initiatives, optimize business processes and enhance user experience across the enterprise. Manage end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of all Oracle HCM modules globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all modules
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues
  • System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance of HR Tech Products: Develop training materials and user guides. Plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements
