Job Opportunity: Medical Professional

Experience Level:

A strong background in healthcare and minimum 5-10 years of experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering OPD services, emergency medical services, and first aid to patients as needed.
  • Conducting minor medical procedures within the health centre, prioritizing patient care and safety.
  • Coordinating referrals with hospitals and government institutions to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Procuring regular medicine, emergency drugs, and medical equipment in line with SOP guidelines.
  • Reviewing medicine stock, medical equipment, and reconciliation regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Supervising medical records documentation, first aid boxes maintenance, and ambulance condition to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Leading medical staff, ambulance drivers, and medical team training and education, promoting teamwork and continuous learning.
  • Providing first aid training to security personnel, wardens, NSS students, and volunteers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Organizing health awareness programs, medical camps, blood donation camps, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Complying with SRM university policies and adhering to its values and mission.
