Inside Sales Associate Role

This role is a key opportunity for individuals with expertise in interior design, architecture, or related fields who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients within the architecture and interior design sectors.
  • Develop and present tailored presentations and proposals to meet client needs.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Cultivate and negotiate contracts that align with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and case studies.
  • Collect and utilize client feedback and success stories to support promotional efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue).
  • Coordinate closely with design, project, and finance teams to ensure operational excellence and resource planning.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of business development experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach to drive business success.
  • Experience with design solutions or furniture-focused companies is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
