We are seeking an experienced bancassurance professional to drive sales through our partner bank branches in Surat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Drive insurance sales through the bancassurance channel, ensuring achievement of monthly & quarterly targets by leveraging strong leadership skills and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Train and motivate bank staff to generate referrals and leads, maintaining excellent customer service and high persistency of business through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Branch Performance: Conduct regular branch activities, customer meetings, and promotional events to monitor and report performance, driving continuous business growth.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
