We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an intern. As a Customer Experience Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing and responding to incoming/outgoing calls promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and address incoming/outgoing phone calls with exceptional customer service skills.
- Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance, ensuring timely responses to clients and customers.
- Redirect calls to relevant team members as needed, maintaining effective communication throughout the organization.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone interactions, exceeding client expectations.
- Follow up with clients and customers via phone when required, providing personalized support.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail, with experience using these tools in a professional setting.
