Job DescriptionRole: HR Executive

We're seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you'll be responsible for various aspects of human resources management.

Duties You'll Be Entrusted With:
  1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing talent to onboarding new hires effectively.
  2. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to foster a collaborative and motivated workplace culture.
  3. Performance Management: Assist in setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for team members.
  4. Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and ensure compliance with workplace policies aligned with the agency's goals.
  5. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, working hours, and leave requests while maintaining proper records.
  6. Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts and maintain harmony among team members.
  7. Training & Development: Coordinate skill development programs and workshops for employee growth.
  8. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company guidelines, and industry standards.
  9. Employee Support: Be approachable and provide guidance on HR-related matters to the team.
Basic Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
