Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

Job Overview:

The Hiring Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment process, ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates, and drive team performance to meet hiring objectives.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring goals.
    • Provide training and development to enhance recruiters' sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
    • Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide constructive feedback.
  • Recruitment Operations:
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client requirements across various industries.
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate onboarding.
    • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates to clients while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met effectively.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and build long-term partnerships.
    • Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and address any concerns.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices in talent acquisition.
    • Utilize recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms to optimize efficiency.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative hiring strategies.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Prepare detailed reports on recruitment metrics, team performance, and client satisfaction.
    • Analyze recruitment data to identify challenges and propose solutions.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, and professional networking platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment for diverse industries or roles.
