Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Action Planning: Break projects into manageable actions and set timeframes.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Task Allocation: Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Communication: Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-15 years of experience working in IT software industry.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is an added advantage.
  • Background: Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Skillset: Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Interpersonal: Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Methodology: Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Coding Review: Able to review and define coding structure.
