This is a highly sought-after leadership role that drives the development and expansion of our wealth management division. As a Director of Wealth, you will oversee the creation and implementation of high-quality investment solutions and client-centric financial planning.

  • Develop and implement our wealth management strategy, aligning with our global investment vision.
  • Work closely with our channel partners to help them bring global investing products to their clients via their relationship managers and advisors.
  • Provide trusted advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, helping them make informed decisions about global diversification of their wealth and investments.
  • Oversee client portfolios, present global asset classes, and help clients make and manage investments in identified products.
  • Stay ahead of global market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities to discover and curate unique global products for our high-net-worth clientele.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of wealth advisors, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in global investment products, asset allocation, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory standards.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
