Job Overview
- The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Create effective learning strategies and programs that align with organizational goals.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs through various assessments and analysis.
- Implement a range of learning methods, including classroom training, online courses and coaching.
- Develop and manage budgets to support learning initiatives.
- Hire, train and oversee a team of Training and L&D Specialists to ensure successful program delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education or business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
